Mr. Ingall served as
superintendent for Grand Haven Public Schools from 2015 until his retirement in
2021. He replaced former GHAPS Superintendent Keith Konarska in July 2015.
Ingall previously served the Chelsea School District for 15 years as
Superintendent (3 years), Executive Director of Instruction (5 years), Middle
School Principal (5 years), and Assistant Principal (2 years). He began his
education career teaching math at Okemos Public Schools.
