During his 43-year career in education, Dr. Weber served as a teacher, assistant principal, athletic director, assistant superintendent, and superintendent of schools. Dr. Weber's entire career was spent in the South Redford School District. He also served as an adjunct instructor at the University of Michigan, Eastern Michigan University and Madonna University teaching a range of classes including organizational behavior, educational leadership community organization, and human resource management. Dr. Weber has also made presentations in numerous states on topics relating to human resources and labor relations. 

Dr. Weber chaired many North Central Association Accreditation visits and piloted a number of unique approaches to accreditation. Since his retirement, he has also served as an Interim Superintendent. Dr. Weber has been involved professionally at the local, state and national levels. He served as president of the American Association of School Personnel Administrators, President of the Michigan Association of School Personnel Administrators, and as an Executive Board Member of the Michigan Negotiators Association. Dr. Weber received his Ph.D. and M.A. degrees in administration from The University of Michigan. He received his B.S. degree from Michigan State University.
